Problems you may encounter
ONE
Problem: If the filling speed is too fast or the impact force is too great, a large amount of foam will quickly form on the liquid surface. The foam occupies the bottle’s volume, causing it to overflow before the bottle is full.
Solution: We typically need to use bottom-up filling, where the filling nozzle extends to the bottom of the bottle and rises in sync with the liquid level. Precise multi-stage flow rate control (slow-fast-slow) is required, slowing down as it approaches the bottle opening to minimize foam buildup.
TWO
Problem: When a bottle is finished filling and the filling nozzle cuts off the fluid and is lifted, the viscosity of the material can easily cause a long “string” or residual drip to form at the nozzle opening.
Solution: We use filling nozzles with pneumatic anti-drip nozzles or filling systems with a mechanical suck-back function to “suck” back any residual liquid at the nozzle opening at the moment the valve is closed.
Three
Problem: In winter, when the workshop temperature is low, the material thickens, increasing resistance; in summer, when the temperature is high, the material thins.
Solution: We recommend using either a Servo Piston or a Mass Flow Meter filling system.

Problem:
- Pump head suction tube deformation: The lower suction tube of the pump head is often long and curved. During automatic cap dropping, the tube is difficult to insert accurately into the narrow bottle opening, easily breaking or getting stuck.
- Scratches and deformation: The pump head is mostly made of plastic. Excessive capping torque can easily crush or scratch the electroplating layer, while insufficient torque will cause leakage.
Solution: Capping machines with servo-driven torque control provide precise cap gripping and real-time monitoring of capping torque, preventing cap damage and leakage.
