This needs to be calculated based on production capacity and equipment combination. Small lines are approximately 50-100㎡, while large high-speed lines are approximately 200-500㎡. 3D layout diagrams can be provided to assist in planning.

  • High-Temperature Paste: The front-end mixing system will be equipped with a heat insulation layer, and the filling equipment will use high-temperature resistant materials for precise and effective hot filling. The back-end packaging will avoid high-temperature areas to ensure equipment stability.
  • Corrosive and Toxic Liquids: The entire machine casing and components are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, while material contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel or medical-grade silicone tubing to prevent liquid corrosion. The entire machine is sealed under negative pressure to prevent toxic gases from escaping and harming workers.
  • Flammable, Hazardous, and Volatile Liquids: GDHP has international explosion-proof certification, using explosion-proof motors and electrical boxes. Gas pipes are anti-static, and the casing is made of durable stainless steel and tempered glass. Complete protection for worker safety during operation.

  • Product Type: It’s necessary to know whether the product is solid or liquid. For example, granules and powders can be filled using measuring cupfilling machine, augertypefilling machine, and streamtype filling machine. Thicker liquids (such as honey) can use piston fillers, while free-flowing liquids can use gravity fillers.
  • Production Volume: Determine your output to select a semi-automatic or fully automatic machine. Generally, higher-output products are better suited for automated filling.
  • Product Container Specifications: Consider the size and shape of the containers. If the product has multiple container sizes, ensure the machine can accommodate all sizes and has quick mold changeover capabilities.
  • Future Development and Investment Budget: Ensure your investment is within your current budget while considering future expansion needs. Choose a machine that can adapt to increasing production demands.
