Applicable Industries

In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Industry — Blood Culture Bottle Manufacturers

This is the most direct and relevant industry sector. Blood culture bottles are a core consumable in the field of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), utilized for the detection of bacteria and fungi in blood.

Medical Device Industry — Disposable Sterile Sampling Containers

Blood culture bottles are classified as Class II or Class III medical devices. Manufacturers of such products are required to comply with GMP standards; accordingly, this equipment features a complete SUS304 stainless steel construction with Plexiglas sealing, making it suitable for use in cleanroom environments.

Biopharmaceuticals — Liquid Culture Medium Filling

Although primarily designed for blood culture bottles, the equipment is equally suitable for the aseptic filling of general liquid culture media (if vacuuming and gas-filling are not required, this function can be disabled or set to a non-cycling mode).

Product Layout Diagram

Bottles (oriented with the opening facing upward) are manually placed onto the bottle feeding machine → A robotic arm automatically transfers the bottles to the filling station → Automatic filling of the liquid-and-particulate mixture takes place → Automatic single-head semi-capping is performed → Upon completion of the semi-capping process, the bottles are conveyed into a vacuum chamber via a conveyor belt → Vacuum evacuation and gas exchange are executed → Once the gas exchange is complete, the caps are automatically fully pressed into place; the capped bottles are then transported via the discharge conveyor to the capping station for automatic single-head crimping → Upon completion of the crimping process, a robotic arm retrieves the bottles and places them back onto the discharge conveyor → The discharge conveyor features a stopper plate at its end and side brackets for holding a pallet, allowing an operator to manually collect the aligned bottles onto the pallet (pallet dimensions to be provided by the customer).

Product Introduction

The fully automatic bottle feeder is primarily used for the automatic alignment, orientation, and conveyance of various plastic and glass bottles (specifically round bottles). It features rapid bottle-sorting speeds and allows for quick, convenient changeovers with minimal component replacement when switching between different bottle types. Widely applicable across industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and beverages, this machine can be seamlessly integrated with various automated packaging production lines.

Working Principle

The function of this machine is to take round bottles—initially in a disordered state— and, after manual orientation, separate and systematically arrange them so that they stand upright and neatly aligned on a conveyor belt. This process meets the requirements of highly automated operations, making the machine an indispensable component of high-speed production lines, while also significantly reducing costs and preventing losses attributable to human error.

Performance Features:

1. Consists of a main rotating disc and a bottle discharge port.

2. Semi-automatic operation is simple and requires no specialized training.

3. Can be integrated and synchronized with an entire production line.

Why Choose Us

Specifically designed for the "particulate suspension + mid-way half-stoppering" process.

Generic equipment is prone to clogging, uneven sedimentation, and drift in stopper seating depth. We ensure batch-to-batch consistency through synchronized agitation, optimized filling sequences, and independent stopper-seating control.

Parametrized Vacuuming and Inflation— No Reliance on Manual Feel

Features multi-sided vacuum extraction, with vacuum level, duration, and cycle count adjustable via a touchscreen interface. By replacing subjective judgment with reproducible parameters, it prevents inconsistencies in gas displacement.

Online Detection + Traceability: Eliminating Risks of Foreign Objects and Leaks

Defect Detection Module for Unplugged and Uncapped Products. The entire production process is fully recorded, thereby minimizing the occurrence of issues at the production stage.

Deeply Specialized in IVD Consumables: Industry Expertise and Confidentiality Assured.

Backed by years of deep industry expertise, we have served numerous enterprises specializing in blood culture bottles and sampling tubes. Our core process parameters are safeguarded by multiple layers of protection to ensure strict confidentiality.
