A Polish client, specializing in the production of shoe cleaning pastes, sought to provide a convenient solution for consumers who frequently clean their footwear. They required a system capable of performing hot filling, followed by rapid cooling and solidification of the product. GDHP collaborated closely with this client to design and construct a temperature-controlled hot-filling and cooling tunnel system. The filling heads and piping were equipped with thermal insulation features to effectively prevent material blockages. The cooling tunnel was divided into three distinct temperature zones, facilitating a gradual transition of the cleaning paste from a liquid state into a solid paste consistency.

Customers provide information such as product type, material properties (liquid, paste, granules, etc.), packaging specifications, production capacity requirements, level of automation, and plant conditions.
