This is an inline automated system that integrates mechanical, pneumatic, and microelectronic control technologies. Utilizing a vertical conveying method, it is specifically designed for the circumferential or semi-circumferential labeling of cylindrical containers. Through a PLC control system and high-precision sensors, it executes a fully automated process—from bottle separation and positioning to labeling and label smoothing—and can be seamlessly integrated into existing filling and capping production lines.

It is widely applicable to PET/plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal cans, and round containers made of composite materials. For containers with exceptionally large diameters (such as large-capacity paint pails) or extremely small volumes (such as vials or blood collection tubes), we offer custom-engineered bottle-separation mechanisms and conveying systems to ensure stable handling and transport.

We employ multiple physical compensation mechanisms to guarantee labeling quality. The label-peeling head features 8-axis spatial adjustability, allowing for precise angle compensation to accommodate even slight conical variations in the bottle body.
