Negative-pressure gravity filling utilizes a vacuum pump to create a partial vacuum inside the glass bottle, drawing the perfume in via atmospheric pressure difference. When the liquid level reaches the height of the sleeve’s return port, excess liquid automatically flows back into the storage tank.

Traditional volumetric filling methods based on absolute volume result in inconsistent liquid levels when the perfumes are displayed on shelves, thereby undermining the product’s luxury image. In contrast, negative-pressure gravity filling employs a control logic based on liquid level, ensuring that the visual fill height remains perfectly uniform across all perfume bottles.

Initially, the dip tubes for the perfume sprayers are cut to the appropriate length for the specific bottle using a tube cutter. During production, an air blower removes dust and moisture from the bottles; the perfume is then filled using a filling machine, followed by crimping or capping.

Professional-grade equipment features “air-cushioned bottle supports.” When pressure reaches a preset threshold, the system provides a pneumatic, flexible release, fundamentally eliminating the risk of bottle breakage and the associated downtime or contamination.

Perfumes contain 70%–85% alcohol, creating a risk of high-concentration alcohol vapor accumulation. Conveyor drive motors, main electrical control cabinets, vacuum pump motors, and liquid level sensors must feature high-specification explosion-proof configurations and hold certifications such as EU ATEX, international IECEx, or local specialized explosion-proof approvals.
