Capsule Filling Machine

Capsule Filling Machine Bubble Cover Packaging Machine

Intelligent Drying Machine
The hot air circulation oven is a universal drying product, named CT serieshot air circulation oven. It has a low-noise and high-temperature resistantaxial flow fan, equipped with an automatic temperature control system. Theentire circulation system is fully enclosed, and the average thermalefficiency of the oven can reach 70%.

Trough Mixer
The trough mixer adopts a U-shaped stainless steel trough body and a dual axis bladestructure design. Through the forward and reverse rotation of the blade, it generatesshear, convection, and extrusion effects on the material, achieving uniform dispersionand kneading of high viscosity paste, powder liquid mixture, and granular materials.

Upward Rotating Screening Machine

Pneumatic Vacuum Feeding
Pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuumgenerator to transport materials, without the need for mechanical vacuum pumps. It has theadvantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, easy control, eliminationof material static electricity, and compliance with GMP requirements.
