Schematic Diagram and Workflow of the Fully Automated Culture Medium Filling Line

1.Controlled by a PLC, the system automatically performs bottle feeding, cap opening, filling, and cap placement and tightening.

2. This unit is a fully automated machine that integrates automatic cap opening, filling, and automatic capping functions. The filling section utilizes a high-precision peristaltic pump, ensuring exceptional filling accuracy and meeting high sanitary standards; since the product comes into direct contact only with the silicone tubing, cleaning requires merely cleaning the tubing itself.

3. The entire production line features a high degree of automation and requires only two operators: one to monitor the machinery and replenish bottles, and the other to collect the finished products.

4. This machine is equipped with a bottle storage chamber capable of holding 78 bottles at a time; an operator can manually load the bottles beneath a Class 100 laminar flow hood and then close the movable door.

5. The entire machine operates beneath a Class 100 laminar flow hood. With the exception of the bottle discharge point on the conveyor belt, the entire unit is fully enclosed in Plexiglas. An air outlet is located at the base of the unit, equipped with a movable damper; this damper opens when the machine is in operation and closes completely during sterilization and disinfection cycles.

6. The upper section of the capping head features a sealed enclosure, facilitating disinfection and sterilization for the customer.

7. The exterior of the entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel. It features a protective enclosure made of organic glass, equipped with integrated sleeves at the filling and capping stations; these sleeves allow operators to address specific issues during machine operation. The result is a machine that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly durable.

The Single Monoblock System Workflow

  1. 1.Manual Bottle Loading
  2. Automatic Capping
  3. Filling
  4. Tightening
  5. Bottle Discharge

Bottles are manually placed in the bottle sorting station and the movable door is closed. The bottles are automatically conveyed forward onto the conveyor belt. Upon detection, the capping head descends, the motor reverses, the vacuum valve opens to hold the cap, the capping head moves backward, and the filling head moves horizontally to the bottle neck position. The filling head descends to fill the bottle. After filling, the filling head moves horizontally, the capping head resets, the motor rotates forward, and the cap is screwed in. Filling and capping are complete, and the bottle moves to the next station. The entire process is carried out under Class 100 laminar flow conditions. PLC control enables automated production.

Why Choose Us

Deeply rooted in the industry, we understand your needs.

We have long focused on filling, IVD, and packaging equipment, and possess a deep understanding of aseptic filling processes for culture media, diagnostic reagents, and biological agents. We don't simply assemble equipment; we provide complete production line solutions that comply with GMP standards.

High-quality materials, clear selection of accessories

Core components are sourced from top-tier brands such as Lange, Schneider Electric, Delta, and Airtac, rejecting the use of generic brands. The entire unit is sealed with SUS304 stainless steel and acrylic glass, ensuring it can withstand GMP audits and long- term high-intensity operation.

Customized to meet specific needs, avoiding a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Whether it's a specific bottle type, filling accuracy requirements, or Class 100 laminar flow system support and weighing system expansion, we provide one-on-one technical support and customization according to actual needs. The equipment is ready to use upon delivery, without the need for any subsequent modifications.

After-sales support and timely response

Equipment delivery is not the end. We provide installation and commissioning, on-site training, rapid response, and long-term spare parts supply. If problems arise during equipment operation, our technicians can quickly connect and resolve them, minimizing losses due to production line downtime.
