When changing bottle shapes, no mechanical parts of the equipment need to be adjusted; the filling volume can be adjusted simply on the touchscreen. When filling bottles of different capacities, only the bottle mold needs to be changed, making it simple and fast.

3. The filling station uses a high-precision peristaltic pump for metering, offering advantages such as convenient cleaning and disinfection, and rapid switching between different liquid materials. Stoppers and caps are dispensed via a vibrating disc; automatically arranged stoppers and caps are then placed into the bottle mouth by a robotic arm. The sealing station can be customized with threaded caps or aluminum crimp caps according to customer products. Utilizing a PVC conveyor belt, the machine operates smoothly and safely, saving labor costs. The front end of the machine can be connected to a bottle feeder, and the rear end can be connected to a labeling machine to complete production.
