1. The lid can be raised only when the vessel is under vacuum.

2. The lid cannot be raised while the mixer is in operation.

3. If the vessel fails to return to its home position after tilting, the lid cannot be raised or lowered.

4. If the lid does not fully ascend to its highest point, the vessel body cannot be tilted.

5. The unit automatically shuts down in the event of an overload during mixing or homogenization, or due to grid overvoltage.

6. The system automatically drains the jacket cooling water from the main vessel if the internal pressure exceeds the preset limit.

7. The mixer cannot be started unless the lid is fully raised or—if lowered— is properly seated in its closed position.

8. The electrical control system is equipped with an emergency stop switch to allow for immediate shutdown in urgent situations.

9. The equipment bears safety labels (in both Chinese and English).
